Denies Issues flee, Keylor Navas Survive in Madrid
Santiago – The lack of playing time obtained Keylor Navas made speculated to leave Real Madrid at the end of the season. Dismissed the rumor was, Dad Navas said that his son would survive.
Since recruited from Levante last summer, the 28-year-old goalkeeper has appeared in six games, two of them in La Liga.
It makes Navas be shooting other clubs, including Premier League. Reportedly, Arsenal and Liverpool have to monitor the situation of Costa Rica’s international players.
However, Navas said he happily with El Real. Leave at the end of the season is not an option for him.
“Everything that has been said to be completely false,” said Freddy daily La Nacion Navas to ESPNFC reported. “Keylor told me that he did not leave Real Madrid.”
“He was very happy there. Keylor knew that he had to compete for a place in the core squad. It is a process that he received very well.”
“He is a fighter who wants to work and be successful in the club,” added the father.
Navas contract at the Santiago Bernabeu still would last until 2020. “He was enjoying his dream at Real,” said a spokesman for Navas, Kristhian Arguedas. “He’s really happy there. He has agreed a six-year contract and he intends to honor it.”
